This changes all vampire heads, to be normal humans while maintaining vampire fangs and vampire eyes (and custom eyes, if selected).
There is something wrong with my character models. If you can’t track down the cause then reset to clean Data folder and install your mods again observing proper install and load order. Then there is the Cosmetic Vampire Overhaul, only touches their looks, I use both with cosmetic overhaul loaded last.
